Dimaklumkan mulai 1 Januari 2025, pengenaan caj perkhidmatan baharu bagi pengeluaran Sijil MyTLAS sebanyak RM50.00 per sijil. Dengan penguatkuasaan ini, caj RM30.00 sebelum ini terbatal. Untuk makluman, bayaran baharu perkhidmatan pengeluaran Sijil MyTLAS telah diluluskan secara berperingkat seperti berikut;

• 1 Januari 2024 - caj perkhidmatan Sijil MyTLAS adalah RM30.00;
• 1 Januari 2025 - caj perkhidmatan Sijil MyTLAS adalah RM50.00; dan
• 1 Januari 2026 - caj perkhidmatan Sijil MyTLAS adalah RM100.00.

Makluman berkenaan perkara ini adalah melalui Surat Ketua Pengarah MTIB rujukan ( 13 ) dlm LPKM 7/11/04/2/3/9 Jilid 16, bertarikh 22 Disember 2023. Penghantaran permohonan Sijil MyTLAS beserta dokumen lengkap perlu dikemukakan kepada Pejabat MTIB selewat-lewatnya pada 31 Disember 2024 sebelum jam 4.00 petang. Permohonan yang lewat dan tidak lengkap akan diproses mengikut kadar caj baharu tahun 2025.

Please be informed that starting January 1, 2025, a new service charge of RM50.00 per MyTLAS certificate will be implemented. With the enforcement of this, the previous charge of RM30.00 will no longer apply. For your information, the new service charge for the issuance of MyTLAS certificates has been approved in phases as follows:

• January 1, 2024 - the service charge for the MyTLAS certificate is RM30.00;
• January 1, 2025 - the service charge for the MyTLAS certificate is RM50.00; and
• January 1, 2026 - the service charge for the MyTLAS certificate is RM100.00.

This notification is based on the Director-General of MTIB???s letter reference (13) in LPKM 7/11/04/2/3/9 Volume 16, dated December 22, 2023. Applications for MyTLAS certificates, along with complete documents, must be submitted to the

MTIB Office no later than December 31, 2024, before 4:00 pm. Late and incomplete applications will be processed according to the new charge rate for 2025.
